At least 95 killed in Middle East conflict involving Iraq, Iran-aligned forces
Iraqi authorities report that at least 95 people have been killed since the start of ongoing Middle East conflict, including civilians and members of Iraqi security forces and Iran-aligned Popular Mobilization Forces. The violence began with a U.S.-Israeli attack on Iran on February 28. A leader of an Iraqi legal coalition also reported over 100 Iraqi security personnel killed in the current regional war without coordination or justification from the government or armed factions.
