Lebanon has reported nearly 400 deaths and over 1,110 injuries from ongoing Israeli attacks as the conflict enters its second week. Almost 700,000 people have been displaced. Hezbollah reports attacks on Israeli forces in southern Lebanon
Hezbollah claimed its fighters carried out multiple attacks on Israeli troops in southern Lebanon, including an ambush near Khiam that it said destroyed three Israeli Merkava tanks. The group also reported firing rockets at Israeli forces in Merkaba and conducting artillery strikes near Aitaroun.
Building collapse kills 14 in Tripoli, Lebanon
A multi-story building collapsed in the Bab al-Tabbaneh area of Tripoli, northern Lebanon on February 8, killing 14 residents. Eight people were rescued from the rubble, and others were injured.
